Petty Pool has also been highlighted as being in the top 50 Best Companies to work for in the North West and top 100 companies.
Inspirational leadership and professional growth for staff team members were two factors in which the organisation scored particularly highly.
Representatives of the team attended the annual Best Companies awards ceremony in London to celebrate best practice nationally.
