What does your role involve?

Helping young people discover their passions, providing insights into various professions, organising engaging workshops, and celebrating success stories when individuals achieve their career goals that start with a successful and smooth transition from Petty Pool.

What do you love most about your role?

As a Careers Lead, the joy comes from witnessing individuals unlock their potential, assisting them in finding purposeful career paths, and making a positive impact on their lives.

Why should employers engage with Petty Pool?

Petty Pool College offers a diverse pool of talented individuals eager to contribute to the workforce. By engaging with the college, employers can not only access a skilled and motivated talent pool but also support the development of a more inclusive and diverse work environment.

What unique skills do Petty Pool learners bring to a job and/ or placement?

Our learners often bring a unique set of skills to a job or placement, including adaptability, resilience, creativity, and a strong work ethic. Their diverse experiences and backgrounds contribute to a rich tapestry of perspectives,  enhancing team dynamics. Employers can benefit from the fresh and enthusiastic approach these learners bring to challenges, creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
