This pathway will engage learners by using real world experiences to bring learning to life so learners can relate to familiar situations.  Learners will explore a variety of tasks and projects that will focus on employability skills to equip them for the future. Learners will run a business at our Railway Shed retail shop ordering and selling a range of products learning about income and expenditure, stock control, promotions, advertising, branding, social media, creating visual displays and communicating with customers.

By blending enterprise with education, our curriculum enhances the skills that employers seek and allows learners to create their own definition of successful outcomes.
