Leave a legacy that will support our learners for years to come

We’re really proud of our work and the support we offer young people, and with your help, we can continue to champion people with additional needs long into the future.

By remembering us in your will, you can help neurodivergent young people and young people with learning disabilities build confidence, independence, and meaningful futures.

With your support, we can deliver inclusive education, training, and employment pathways that empower young people to reach their potential. Your generosity helps create environments where people feel valued, understood, and supported.

Your support helps create real opportunities

Do you have a particular area of The Petty Pool Trust you want to support?

Are you and your loved ones passionate about the outdoors? Have you used our services at Petty Pool in the Community or Autism Practical Support? Do you get your daily caffeine hit from our Ground Up coffee shop at Theatre Porto?

We know that different areas of our Trust mean more to some than others. You can tailor your gift to where you want it to have the most impact.

Please get in touch with our Gifting Coordinator, Erin Dodd – who’ll be happy to discuss it with you.

How to leave a gift in your will

Making or changing a will to include The Petty Pool Trust is straightforward. All you need to do is chat with a solicitor who will give you all the support you need.

Before you go to the solicitor, it’s a good idea to think about what type of gift you’d like to leave.

Types of gifts you can leave

You can choose to support The Petty Pool Trust in a few different ways. Your gift can be a share of your estate or a residuary gift, or perhaps a cash donation (known as a pecuniary gift). You may also wish to leave something specific like tools, jewellery or antiques.

We welcome gifts of any size, even a small amount can make a real impact.

Your solicitor will be able to advise you on your choice, but it would be great to hear from you if you would like to leave specific items.

What details do I need to include the Petty Pool Trust?

You’ll need the following details:

The Petty Pool Trust

Pool Lane

Sandiway

Cheshire

Registered Charity Number: 1174082

Do I need to let you know that I've pledged a gift?

No. We know that your will is a private document, and there is no obligation for you to tell us your intentions or whether you have left us a gift in your will.

However, if you do decide to tell us, we really appreciate it, because knowing about your gift can help us prepare for our future. It also means that we can thank you for your generous support during your lifetime.

If you’d like to let us know you’ll be remembering us in your will, please complete this online form by clicking here.
