At Petty Pool, we work with employers across Cheshire and beyond to create meaningful opportunities for young people with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).

Our employer partners play a vital role in helping learners develop workplace skills, confidence, independence, and experience through work experience placements, supported internships, workplace visits, and careers activities.

Together, we help young people prepare for adulthood and move closer to meaningful employment.
