Who can apply?

Our provision welcomes individuals aged 16 and over with learning difficulties and disabilities. While we don’t provide personal care, we do offer dedicated 1:1 support to help build confidence and independence.

Do I need a referral?

No, you don’t need a referral to access our support. You can contact us directly.
We’re also happy to hear from parents, carers, and professionals.

Where do sessions take place?

Our sessions take place in community locations across Northwich, Winsford, and surrounding areas, helping members build confidence in real-life environments.

What kind of support do you offer?

We offer a range of sessions focused on life skills, confidence building, communication, and preparing for greater independence, including opportunities linked to employment and community engagement.

How can the service be funded?

Our sessions can be funded through personal budgets, social care packages, or privately. If you’re unsure what’s available to you, just get in touch and we’ll talk you through it.

How much does it cost?

Costs can vary depending on whether you access group sessions or 1:1 support.

Is transport available?

Our site is easy to access for drop-off and pick-up by parents and carers, and there are good public transport links nearby. Local Authority transport may also be available if you are eligible.
