Build Skills for the World of Retail and Customer Service
Our Retail & Customer Service pathway is designed to help learners develop the practical skills, confidence, and experience needed for a future in customer-facing roles.
Through hands-on activities, real-world scenarios, teamwork, and enterprise projects, learners gain valuable experience in different areas of the retail and customer service industry.
Learners work collaboratively with other vocational pathways to create, promote, and sell products, helping them develop a broad understanding of how retail businesses operate.
This pathway supports learners to build communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and employability skills in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
